Greenwell Farms, a family-run agricultural business in Suffolk, wanted to reduce its energy costs and become more sustainable. With significant energy consumption for farm operations, Greenwell sought a solar solution that would provide long-term savings for their farm while supporting their environmental goals.
Challenge:
As a large-scale farm, Greenwell Farms needed a cost-effective solar energy solution to offset their farm’s rising electricity costs. The solar system had to integrate seamlessly into their operations without affecting productivity.
Solution:
We designed and installed a 200 kW solar (PV) system that met the farm’s energy needs. The installation was completed with minimal disruption to daily operations. Key features included:
